"Beautiful location, friendly hosts, well-equipped apartment !"

"My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and picked this property because it looked suitable for where we wanted to be from a location standpoint. The room was nice and I think we both enjoyed the historic aspect of the building. The property manager was exceptional in regards to responses while we were there. "Outstanding location. This is within walking distance of Maine Savings Amphitheater! Most comfortable mini couch I’ve ever been in. Open space is great! However, this was advertised on VRBO as having a clothes washer and dryer. Upon arrival, unit DID NOT have a working clothes washer. After several communications with the unit’s POC and after determining that the washer could not be replaced in time during my stay, we agreed to reasonable compensation for this inconvenience. "We visited the Acadia / Bar Harbor area. Orland was approximately 40 minutes from that area. The apartment was very clean & comfortable, we had everything we needed for our weekend stay. It’s located on a small lake, and is surrounded by lots of trees. "

"The property was easy to find. Close to shopping but also quiet and peaceful. The apartment was very cozy and clean and had everything we needed to make our stay easy and enjoyable. The view is absolutely amazing and wildlife is always in eye shot. I dislike giving it 5 stars simply because I'd like to keep it available for myself. "The 2nd story apartment in Camden, ME was a spectacular choice for a long weekend with the girls. It's an easy walk (less than 5 minutes) to coffee, a deli, shops, and the harbor. The finishes may be a bit rustic for some, but we were plenty happy!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this Deer Isle apartment. Watching the sunrise over the water and the deer crossing the lawns started our days off right. The hosts were very quick to respond with one little issue and the space was very comfortable. Only negative was that there was no hairdryer but we would definitely stay there again. "We were given an upgrade gratis to the upstairs, large, 2-bed, apartment. Totally equipped with lovely furniture, some antique, some very modern, high-end appliances, cookery and local pottery dish-ware. Modern/eclectic vibe within an old building. Thoughtful details everywhere from desk to gorgeous bath. Clean. Comfy beds. Lush towels. A little noisy due to being right on the street but the large back deck and sofa set are fabulous."
