"The tea towel for drying dishes was absolutely stinking of dampness, obviously wasn't clean! There was no kitchen roll so had to use one of the bath towels - it also had dirty marks on. The livingroom/sitting area was stinking of dogs. The plug-in air freshener was empty. Couldn't figure out how to use the grill."

"Had a long stay at the property, the accommodation is very spacious and clean with loads of amenities. Locations is great with just a 20 minute walk from the ferry terminal. The views from the living room bay wjndows is breathe taking. Would definitely recommend staying here "

"This property is a dump!! When we arrived it had not been cleaned from the previous rental. It is in a run down neighborhood in a run down building with many steps from the street to the unit. The bathroom was in poor condition aside from the cleanliness issue. Find something else, you have been warned!!"

Noise from the road is almost minimal, perhaps if you sit in the front garden but we spent all time in the back garden watching sunrises, ships passing by, listening to bird songs early morning, fishing from the private beach. Location worked well for us, we used our car to get around, nearest supermarket is in Dunoon about 15 minutes drive away. "Enjoyed our stay at this hotel over the Christmas period. Very modern hotel and beautifully decorated. Room was tastefully decorated and bed was very comfortable. Tea, coffee and biscuits supplied. Breakfast was plentiful, buffet continental and full Scottish breakfast. We recommend and would definitely stay here again."

"Great food and phenomenal cocktails! A decent gym and a pool area. Restaurant staff were great but the bar staff need brushing up on their attentiveness. Once they’re there, they’re really good. The room was average at best but the rest of the hotel compensated for this. All in, od stay there again."
