It is likely that we won't be available in person; however, we work with a number of external contractors to help us out when things break or go wrong. It's not always possible to get an immediate call out, but we'll always work to get things fixed as quickly as possible.

Refundable Damage Deposit

This property requires a £200 security deposit. It will be collected separately by the property prior to your arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
