Waterfront Home magnificent view!

Welcome to my waterfront oasis, a very charming, clean and comfortable home. The views are spectacular and by far the best feature.

Furnishings are vintage and simple, Mattresses are brand new.
You enter on the ground floor into an open kitchen living room dining area with double french doors that open to your private waterfront deck, just 10 feet from the water. You have full use of the property, deck and yard. Bring your fishing pole or use our crab traps.

Upstairs is 2 bedrooms and full bathroom, The master bedroom has a king size bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed.

The property is fully furnished with all appliances, towels and linens and full kitchen with oven and microwave.

Living room has 50" flat screen and wood fireplace.

Your deck outside has table, chairs, shade sail, fire pit and chairs
Sit back and watch the sunset, relax, sip your favorite beverage while making S'mores in the fire or just gazing at the stars and moon.

Not best experience
The day before my arrival owner informed me about a broken pipe, so, my rental has no water.We agree to use a small cottage he have by the side to use water services, and sleep and usage in the main one. When we arrive we got disappointed to see the conditions of the houses.Mold in shower, dirty dishes in the cabinets, a very bad smell, most of the areas had things broke, everything was dirty, junk everywhere in the rear (view from the lake area), a stone in place of bed, paint was cracked.One of the windows facing lake won't close, so the odors and noise of banging things keep you wake when you need to sleep. Seriously both houses need rehab in order to charge for the stay. Thank god we leave early and came back late. And I got in shock when read the check out instructions, we were suppose to be the ones who leave everything clean, and ready for the "cleaning company" when we pay a cleaning fee, and we were in vacation. Unacceptable.

Just what we Needed, beautiful views!
Cozy property with stunning views. Yes, it is older but it worked for our needs since my family and I was out of the house for most of the stay. Very close to grocery and other stores for essential needs. Good location!

When you enter the property, you are in the kitchen area. It’s very nice. The family room in the rear of the first floor is spacious. The patio located by the lagoon is comfy although the cushions could be cleaned or upgraded. The stairs to the second floor or steep so hold on. Upstairs needs some attention to paint and cleaning. Some of the repairs were poorly done. They need to be made more appealing to the eye. Cleaning of the woodwork needs to be done. The bedding, especially mattress pads need to be addressed.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is comfy/cozy. The decorations are very fun and sitting in the back with the water was perfect. It’s clear the photos of this listing were taken awhile back and the current condition of the house is not the same but most were cosmetic issues anyways.

Abundance of Relaxation and Beauty!
Beds are butter. Sheets are like clouds. Amazing. Michael, the LL, was amazing. Jeannie, the PM, was amazing. The outside area was amazing. Sand under your toes, fire pits, gorgeous flowers and amazing view of the sunset. Kitchen was well supplied with utensils, dishes, glasses, etc., but bring TP, Paper Towels. I am already looking to book for next year, for both cottages so my kids/grandkids can have the big house, and I can have a peaceful night in the little one! I highly recommend this property.

Canal front home
The perfect stay for us. Clean, comfortable beds, TV in each room. Having grown up in the area it was no surprise to see the closeness of the old bungalow style home. Sitting outside on the canal was so relaxing. The host had some fishing poles and I rigged one up and fished all evening - felt like a kid again! Home had steep stairs that might be difficult for some but host has another cottage next door also. Great host, great place, would rent again.

Wonderful place
We loved staying at Michael's place, yes it is older, but hey, it has absolutely everything you need and it is very clean, good washer and drier were a big plus for me. The view is unbelievable, relaxing and beautiful, walking in the sand is exceptionally healthy for the body. Great safe neighborhood. Easy communcation with the host. I would be happy to book again.

This location and serene waterfront canal led to a great few days away from reality! we were so happy to spend our time on the back patio overlooking the boats. Only a ten minute drive to Jones beach. Communication with the host was also very good

Cozy little house on the water! We loved sitting out in the deck enjoying the scenery and the breeze. There were plenty of chairs for the whole family to come and visit and relax outdoors. Beds are very comfortable. We got to meet the host in person and Mike is great! Thanks for a wonderful stay.
