"The house and property was absolutely beautiful, very clean, very quiet and peaceful, me and the hubby did lots of fishing, and just relaxed! Had a wonderful time and will be back with our kiddos! Shannon (host) was very fast to reply with answers to my questions, great host! "

"The place advertised No Pets but the beds & furniture were full of Pet hair. The wiring didn't work in the majority of the home. There was no electricity to power on any air in the upstairs/primary bedroom. The grill was rusty & not useable. The grass was overgrown making the yard inaccessible. The glass front door was broken & couldn't close. It swung back & forth all night hitting against the porch. We checked out as soon as possible."

"The manager made a mistake. He owned it and gave us a better place. The parking could have been better. It served our purposes well. It was quiet and private. My husband fished every morning. Our first choice would not have been as nice."

"We left the property an hour after arrival due to the tremendous smoking smell in the property, the dirty and stained couches (one smells of urine), and busted window screens which kept us from being able to open windows and air out the duplex. For minimal investment in screens and going to a thrift store for clean sofas, this property could be fine, smoking smell aside. The other side of the duplex, I suspect is lived in semi permanently as when I contacted the owner about the smoking smell,...

"Very cute old house right on the beach but it needs some serious work.. if you open certain cabinet doors in the kitchen it hits the ceiling fan, they had the dryer door taped shut but of course it kept popping open so the dryer is unusable, stains on the carpets and wood floors, missing outlet covers, the back deck is seriously unsafe you feel it sway with any small movement and it needs a good deep clean the ac filter covers are caked in dust and they’re Cobb webs in a lot of the corners....

"First off…our family did have a great time at this property. The location is perfect and being on the water with the huge dock was awesome! We also the loved upper and lower waterfront decks. The hosts were so nice and so responsive. There was an issue as soon as we arrived that he came to the house and we were able to discuss. Having said that, the inside is in need of repair. "The place was in a great location and having everything on one floor was a huge benefit as one of the guests is disabled. The place could use some updates but other than that it was nice! The owner was very responsive to our needs and got right back to us if we had any question! If we ever go back, we would consider this place again!"
