"We enjoyed the quiet during off season. There is a lot to read about the property, community, amenities, etc. Make sure you read it all thoroughly. The island is walking and biking friendly. This means that people walking and biking will not travel single file or get over for vehicles. Go slow, be safe and give them plenty of room. Since this property is not close to the beach you'll want to drive or ride your bike to the beach accesses. Getting to see the dolphins strand feeding was fantastic."

"The house was clean and the host was very responsive if we had questions. The house was perfect for a family of 4. We loved looking out at the golf course from the screened in back porch and taking a short drive to the beach. Our stay was cut short due to Hurricane Debbie, but the host very willing to work with us. So amazing. We will definitely stay with them again in the future."

"Everything was really great. My wife experienced a lot of red marks on her body during the stay and we think it may be from bed bugs, since the bedding is washed after every stay you might want to check the mattress. If that is not the problem please let us know so we can figure out what the problem might be"

"Our daughter's in-laws, residents of Seabrook Island, host a large Thanksgiving feast and once again included us in this years gathering. This is the third property we've rented on Seabrook and it was by far the best. The condo appears to have been recently redecorated and is immaculate. Little touches like Keurig k-cups, chips and cookies and a dog bed which included a nice blanket for the dog. Summer says thanks. Our host communicated exceptionally well usually within minutes.
