When you step inside this beautifully renovated villa you leave cares behind, let the vacation begin!! This villa is new to our rental program and has been completely renovated top to bottom. The sandy beaches of Seabrook Island are just across the street. Also within a block are Seabrook Island's 2 eighteen-hole champion golf courses; The Beach Club with its 2 pools and outdoor dining venues of Pelican's Nest, Cap'n Sam's Grill, and the Osprey Cafe; The Island House's Bohicket Lounge and Palmetto Room. Gentle southern breezes blow throughout reminding you the Low Country is just outside.
Stairs lead up to the villa and front deck. Here you have a large dining table for six and a propane grill. The villa has wood floors throughout and beautiful views from so many windows! The kitchen has custom navy cabinets, beautiful subway tiled backsplash, stainless steel appliances and granite counters. It is fully stocked for the most discerning cook; Keurig, drip coffeemaker, blender and mixer. All the cookware is new! The kitchen opens onto the dining area and has a breakfast bar with two stools. The dining area has floor to ceiling windows with panoramic golf course views. The dining table easily seats six. Off the dining area is the great room. Large windows anchor this room - watch the golfers stroll up the 18th fairway of Crooked Oaks. Multiple seating venues provide comfortable spots for TV viewing or reading a great book. There is a 50" Smart TV with 125 channels, including ESPN for the sports minded vacationer. This room has a ceiling fan too! The sofa is a pull out queen size sleeper. The 2nd bedroom is located on the main level, off the Living Room. This room has both a queen and twin bed. A short hallway from the open living / dining area to the guest room has a full bath including a tub/shower combo and granite topped vanity. There is also a laundry area with full sized stacked washer and dryer.
There are plenty of games and puzzles for your enjoyment in the villa.
A staircase leads up to the primary bedroom.
Upstairs is a large en-suite bedroom. Here is a comfortable king bed, ceiling fan and large 48" TV. This is definitely a peaceful retreat! Sliding doors lead out to the private deck. You will be mesmerized by the amazing views from the deck, watch the sky glow nightly with the sunsets. The en-suite bath has a separate dressing area and vanity. The bath has a large walk-in tiled shower.
Towels and linens are included. You do need to bring your own beach towels.
The owners have provided beach chairs for your use and plenty of games and puzzles for your entertainment! This property is dog friendly. Up to (1) family dog is welcome (additional fees to apply).

**Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $40/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel with less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, you lose your funds. If we are able to rent it, you receive what we can rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
