Any downtime spent indoors will be a blast with three flatscreen TVs all offering Roku streaming!
Upon entering this island dream, guests will be greeted by the formal dining area to the left, the open living area, and kitchen. Make your way down the right hallway and you will find two bedrooms and a full bath. The left bedroom offers a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom to the right has a queen bed and ample closet space. Make your way to the other side of the home and two more bedrooms. The right bedroom is a second main bedroom with a king bed and the left bedroom contains a queen bed and two twins for maximum accommodations!
Whether you have come to golf to your heart's content, walk along sugar-white sand, or tan the days away, there will be something for every guest to enjoy here on Seabrook Island! For a beach day, head over to Seabrook Beach just over a mile (only a short car ride or bike ride away) from your front door. A round of 18 awaits at Seabrook Island Club and restaurants abound north of home base offering fresh seafood and a beachy vibe for the whole family to enjoy.

*A Seabrook Island Club Amenity card is included with your stay. Guests will only need to pay an $11 card deposit. The fee is usually $25/day or $150 for the week, so this is a great added benefit of this property! The Amenity Card gives you access to the Beach Club (with 2 outdoor pools and a beach area), the restaurants, golf, tennis, the equestrian center, and the Lake House (with one outdoor pool, a fitness center, indoor pool). Some of these amenities do have their own fees associated: such as the restaurants, golf, tennis, the fitness center and the indoor pool. When you book a reservation with us, we send you the information on how to obtain the amenity card directly through the Club

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
