Dining area seats 6 comfortably and shares the gorgeous views overlooking Crooked Oaks golf course. Additional seating is at the kitchen bar for 4. The kitchen has been recently remodeled with gleaming quartz countertops, new stainless appliances, a coffee bar area, and plenty of cabinet space. If you like dining outside, there is a table for 4 on the deck, also equipped with a new Weber Propane Grill.
The primary suite is upstairs and has a king size bed, private bath and private deck. The room is equipped with a Smart TV and sliders to the deck. A high table is perfect for watching golfers tee off from the difficult 18th hole on Ocean Winds or the wildlife on the lagoon. This primary bathroom is updated with a large walk-in shower with glass enclosure and oversized vanity. The first floor bedroom has two twin beds. The room has a nautical decor, and there is a TV in the armoire. The hall bath has a wide vanity and a shower/tub.

It is a short walk to Pelican Beach where you can see the sunset over the Edisto River every night. Or hop on your bike and head to the Beach Club pools, Pelican's Nest ocean-side dining, or the Seabrook Island Club's golf courses or restaurants - just .5 miles away. **Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
