It's the perfect spot for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or simply enjoying the tranquil surroundings. The large private deck is equipped with outdoor seating, perfect for alfresco dining or soaking up the sun. You'll also find an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach, adding to the convenience of this fantastic property.
Spacious and Comfortable Living:
Inside, the home offers multiple living areas, giving everyone their space to relax and unwind. The large common area features a fireplace, a Smart TV with Spectrum live TV channels and Netflix, and an array of entertainment options, including video games, a DVD player, board games, movies, and books.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking basics, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, a dishwasher, a stove/oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, a double toaster, a toaster oven, and a complete set of dishware and flatware. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or preparing a full dinner, you'll have everything you need.
Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining room offers ample seating for family meals and gatherings. The open-concept design ensures a seamless flow from the kitchen to the living and dining areas, creating a warm and inviting space.

Please note that the home requires stairs for access and is two stories. While generally accessible, this is something to keep in mind for guests with mobility concerns.
For your safety, the property is equipped with two exterior security cameras, both facing outward, ensuring your security during your stay.
Island Access and Parking: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45 per vehicle. Only 3 cars are allowed. LSV vehicles (low speed golf carts) count as a vehicle.
Check in: We, at Sandpiper, provide a self-check-in for your convenience via a keypad or lockbox at the property, but we are always available to provide as much assistance as you need. We are on the island and always just a text or call away.
Continuous Management & Service: While there are many properties on the island to book, booking a Sandpiper property means continual service and support before, during, and after your stay. This property is proudly managed by our family-owned, local business. We, at Sandpiper, are located on the island, are licensed, insured, and family operated.

House Rules: No smoking; No pets allowed; No events, parties, or large gatherings; Must be at least 25 years old to book; Max. 12 people allowed to stay (permit restriction)
Damage Protection Insurance: Understanding that accidents may happen, all Guests must pay a non-refundable fee of $69 for $1500 coverage in Damage Protection Insurance.
In the event of a storm: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
Policy on smoking: Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages. Please no smoking or vaping inside or at the property.
Cancellation Policy: While the cancellation policy is plainly stated, please note that a cancellation processing fee of $65 will be charged for all reservations booked then cancelled irrelevant of when they are cancelled. This fee covers the credit card transaction fee that our small business is assessed for both the transaction of booking and the transaction of refund.
