Relax in the living area and enjoy the Smart TV and new furniture. The dining area sits between the living area and the kitchen. A table seats 6 comfortably. The kitchen has been completely renovated with new custom cabinetry, quartz counters and stainless steel appliances.
The primary bedroom has a king size bed, attached full bathroom and a deck for enjoying your morning coffee. There is a queen bed in the second bedroom and a full hall bath accessible from this bedroom. The upstairs loft area is enclosed from the living room below for the 3rd bedroom with two full beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.This is one of the few Sealofts that has enclosed the loft to the living room below. A full bath with a shower has also been added upstairs. This room is great for the kids and the villa has lots of board games, books, etc. There is not a door at the top of the stairs to close off the room. There are two full beds, a TV and a deck. The house sleeps eight comfortably. There is also a private outside shower to wash away the sand after a day at the beach.
The Sealoft neighborhood pool is just steps from the front door. Boardwalk 3 is across from Sealoft Drive and Seabrook Island Road, making it an easy walk to a very uncrowded section of beach. The boardwalk is approximately 5 minutes from the house. The boardwalks at Seabrook are long due to the protected dune areas. It is about 5-8 minutes down the boardwalk to the beach.
**Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 3 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
