Seabrook Island is a beautiful low-country barrier island with 3 miles of pristine, uncrowded beaches. This property overlooks both the mouth of the Edisto River and the Atlantic Ocean and comes fully appointed. There is abundant wildlife to see, including deer on the dunes and our famous beach-feeding dolphins! Bring your bike, kayak, or paddleboard-- or rent them-- the island is full of adventures for you and your family!

This unit is on the first floor. Prior approval for Fido is required. THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL FEE FOR PETS.

Club Amenity access is included in the price. Many hosts require guests to purchase this separately through The CLUB (an additional $400 weekly fee).

Amenity Cards provide access to the Club at Seabrook, which has two championship golf courses, the Equestrian Center, the oceanfront pool complex, the racquet club, and all dining options inside the security gate. Club amenity cards do not provide access to the gym and indoor pool. This amenity is purchased from the POA by the guest and can not be purchased by the host; this is the case for all properties.

A Full-service grocery store, restaurants, and shops are located just outside the security gate at Freshfields Village.

Seabrook became the sixth worldwide and the first private community in South Carolina to be certified as an Audubon International Sustainable Community in 2017.

Its location is excellent: great view, boardwalk to a beautiful beach for morning dog walk. Unit is comfortable and clean. We had a wonderful stay.

Great Spring Getaway
The owner is very good with communicating and checking on you. The place is as pictured and very comfortable and clean. It’s a bonus that you are allowed to bring your fur baby along to enjoy.

This was a great place for a couple ( and a small dog). The location was convenient to the surrounding restaurants & activities yet still maintained its privacy, with a great waterfront view!

The nice, cozy Villa is in a great location with easy access to a small quiet beach area. Nice views and beautiful nature filled area. Owner was EXTREMELY nice and quickly available for any questions and information.

We stayed here for the Kiawah marathon and absolutely loved it! The space was clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed. Beautiful ocean and sunset view as well. We also rented bikes from Alligator Bikes, and the drop off/pickup was seamless. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Johanna's condo was just perfect for us. Its nicely decorated and the location is unbelievable. The views of the water and the closeness of the beach are fantastic. We had such a wonderful time. Also, Johanna's is the most gracious host we've ever encountered. Her communication is world class. Seabrook Island is a little gem. We can't wait to come back!

We have been staying here for a few visits and every time it is GREAT. Having the amenities card is a plus and the condo is perfect. The hostess is so helpful and goes above and beyond to make the stay all you want it to be.

Great stay
This was a great condo rental in a great location on seabrook island. The condo was clean, the check in was easy, and the condo is a short little walk to the beach off the back patio. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. The only little complaint was that the wifi was not working too well, but could have just been while we were there! Overall great visit and amazing host.

Very spacious one bedroom condo just steps from the beach. Nice little patio area that you can see to the beach. Pet friendly and great communication with the property manager. It could use a little updating but overall a great place!

Relaxing few days
It was a great weekend on the island. The villa has everything you need. The location is convenient to restaurants along with shopping in case you need a few things. Johanna was great to work with. She answered all my questions before we arrived and was available when I contacted her with a question when we arrived. Looking forward to another visit.

Very clean unit. Short walk on boardwalk to waterway. Very quite and relaxing stay. You do need to leave island for dining and shopping.

Anniversary Trip
This was our first anniversary trip in over 2 years due to all that had been going on with the pandemic. Finally we were able to reserve this villa at Pelican Watch on Seabrook Island and it was more than we could ask for. Beautiful place, beautiful scenery and more. We will be returning!

At first impression the Condo seemed warm, inviting with a great view. The community was beautiful & appealing. That being said the unit itself although clean was in need of some upgrades such as kitchen sink & the guest bathroom. The pictures on the walls were mostly croocked. A little more disappointing was that there were no basics such as coffee, tea, sugar or other essentials that usually are provided to a certain degree with this type of stay. For the overall cost, it just seemed a bit a bit over priced. clean was in nclean

Nice clean condo
The property is very nice and clean. Had everything we needed and more! The location for us was not ideal. We are not the type to park and just stay put at a resort. Driving in the area was difficult and congested. This is a great place but not ocean front rather on an inlet and there were no ocean waves. We enjoyed our stay.
