From the minute you arrive to this end unit, 1st floor villa, the stresses of the outside world will melt away. New hardwood flooring has replaced the carpet in the bedroom (January 2019)!! It looks beautiful and is a lovely addition to the villa.
Upon entering, you will notice the tile flooring and wainscot paneling lining the hall. Off the hall is the master bedroom suite and an additional full bath, but you will instantly be drawn to continue past when you notice the gleaming water views beyond. The living room has new hardwood floors, high quality furnishings and gorgeous views. There is a large HDTV mounted on the wall so everyone can easily watch their favorite shows or DVD. Sliding doors lead to the covered deck outfitted with a table and four chairs. From this perch, you will be treated to spectacular sunsets over the Edisto River in the evening and a show of shrimp and sailboats lazing out to the ocean during the day. Walk off the back porch to the boardwalk leading to Pelican Beach on the banks of the Edisto River.
Back inside, the dining area has a round table that seats four. A pass through to the remodeled kitchen makes serving easy. Highlights in the extra large kitchen include granite counters, soft yellow kitchen cabinets, new appliances, tile flooring, and a washer/dryer. The well stocked cabinets hold all the conveniences of home. There is a regular and Keurig coffee maker. Head down the hall to the full bath. This bathroom has a granite topped vanity and a shower tiled in soft tans with an aqua accent stripe. The master bedroom suite has a king sized bed and white furnishings with new hardwood floors! There is a large HDTV and a DVD player and even a desk for your computer. The master bath is en suite and has likewise been remodeled. The master bath has tile flooring, a granite topped vanity, and a jetted tub with a shower.
** Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office. This villa is also very close to many of Seabrook Island's amenities. A short .5 miles from this villa is the Seabrook Island House where you can enjoy a meal with ocean views in the Palmetto Room or Bohicket Lounge, or check in for your tee time on the two Seabrook golf courses, Crooked Oak and Ocean Winds. Across from the clubhouse is Beach Club (seasonal) with its two oceanfront swimming pools, beachfront chaises, and the Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant. Of course, your greens fees, dining charges, etc. are your responsibility.
This villa is also dog friendly for up to (2) dogs! If you are traveling with your dog(s), additional fees to be applied.
Situated on Pelican Beach, you will be treated to Seabrook's gorgeous natural surroundings, yet close to the modern amenities of Seabrook Island Club. Great location and luxury accommodations - This is a vacation home you will remember!
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
