"Clean room but very dated. Upon arrival front desk clerk noticed I had a cane(recent back surgery) so moved me to a downstairs room. I had originally booked an upstairs room. I was very appreciative of this small but kind gesture. It made a huge difference in my stay, making getting to my room much easier and comfortable. Very convenient access to hospital and perfectly suited my needs. "

"The 10-15 minute walk to the airport is quite easy. There is an elevator to get up to the pedestrian walkway, that goes over the road to the rail transit and airport. There was not easy access to non-greasy food and fruits and vegetables. But there was at the airport (in the gates area such as floret cafe). You could pick up a take out on your way out or eat there. And it is in walking distance to a Safeway. And there was the option of ordering in. "
