Dissapointing at best
Sadly, this home has an incredible amount of delayed maintenence: broken patio chairs, rusted out patio table, disgusting worn out and burnt hose on the main patio, broken windows in bedrooms so can't be opened, remote controls without batteries, bathtub overlooking the ocean with a "do no use" sign on it, an un-stock in kitchen lacking the basics of salt, pepper, oils (other than rock hard containers that were clumped together.) While the property manager addressed our main issue, which some might be extremely unhappy about-- no heat or hot water so we had to go to the clubhouse for showers when we woke up the first day-- and she tended to it on the 2nd day, so fairly quickly, for the price we paid, the place was sorely lacking in any creature comforts. She also brought over some extra plastic crappy chairs to make up for the broken and torn ones, one of which was also broken.
The location on the coast could have been amazing if there were comfortable and solid chairs to sit on and enjoy. The burnt out grass that makes up the front yard was sadly unpleasant and took a lot away for the beauty of the coast. If the place was freshened up, it might be worth half of the price we paid, which was extremely high for the situation. Really an overall sad disappointment, for a trip that could have been so lovely. I'm not a complainer but I do like value for my hard-earned $$, especially on a girls-getaway vaca. Bummer all around and I would never go back to his home.
