This home sits immediately south of Stengel Beach, and is also near a small ocean cove beach with stair access off the walking path or Bluff Trail. The Bluff Trail is adjacent to the property. It is an incredible oceanfront path that runs almost the entire length of Sea Ranch, and connects to a network of many other trails in the community. You’ll be a mere quarter mile stroll or half mile drive from the Ohlson Recreation Center (1 of 3 in Sea Ranch) , which offers a large heated outdoor pool, saunas, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts. You can head into downtown Gualala just 6 miles north. The town features art, kayaking, canoeing, and beach combing. You can also grab breakfast there at Trink’s Cafe, pick up fresh groceries at the Surf Market, browse the wonderful selection at Four- Eyed Frog Books or shop for gifts, clothes, and home goods at Red Stella. Don't miss the charming oceanfront village of Mendocino a little over an hour to the north. Excellent restaurants, and many fun, artsy shops and boutiques to explore. A favorite place.

Owners receive only 2 parking and 6 recreation passes. Though the property can accommodate 8 guests, 8 guests cannot visit a rec center at one time. Visit The Sea Ranch Association (TRSA) reservation site for reservations, policies and procedures. There are 2 exterior security cameras on the premises.
Sea Ranch is a housing community built with the vision of blending into the natural landscape. To that end, excessive noise, loud music, and exterior lights on after 9 pm (light pollution) are against TRSA rules.
