Bluff House | Hot Tub, Ocean Views & Wi-Fi

This home is NOT pet friendly. A $750 fine will be issues for any pets arriving at this home. This home is limited to 2 occupants. This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom vacation home is situated on the bluffs of The Sea Ranch. Sea Pine is the perfect size to accommodate up to 2 guests making for a great family vacation. The home features sweeping ocean views from the expansive living space. You will love strolling amongst the bluffs, hiking on trails, and taking day trips down to the nearby beach.

The living space has floor to ceiling windows offering stunning natural lighting and unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean. The living room is furnished with leather couches arranged around a woodstove. Light a fire at night when the breeze begins to pick up to create a cozy ambiance. There is a 32" flat screen TV (no cable), a DVD player, and Youtube TV for family entertainment. High speed fiber optic WiFi is also offered. Around the corner is a full bathroom for guests to share and access the washer and dryer, handy for any swimsuits.

Prepare your favorite meals from tasty snacks to mouthwatering dishes in the kitchen. Gather with your guests at the dining table with seating for 2 to have a home-cooked meal together.

Step outside onto the back deck for some fresh air. Patio chairs are situated for you to unwind with a glass of wine while you watch memorizing sunsets dip behind the ocean. The side deck holds a private hot tub. Take a dip in the warm water out here while you stargaze at night and listen to the waves crash close by.

The bedroom is on the main level of the home and has a King bed.

The Sea Ranch is a planned community with over 3000 acres featuring: The Historic Sea Ranch Chapel, The Sea Ranch lodge (restaurant and shopping), a 50-mile trail system with 6 public beach access points, 18-hole golf course (open to the public), and three recreation centers with outdoor pools, locker rooms, half-basketball court, and tennis courts (amenities vary with each center) for guest use. RV's, trailers, or mobile homes are strictly not allowed.

Any violation of the NO pet policy will result in a minimum $750 fine. THIS IS A NO PETS HOUSE!

The Sea Ranch facility reservations for pool, tennis and golf are available on the Sea Ranch Association website. The trails and beaches are open.

Perfect getaway!
Perfect for a romantic getaway or friend's weekend, this lovely oceanview cottage will help you relax and restore with its amazing view, clear skies for star gazing, privacy, peace and quiet. Right next to the Bluff path which winds around stunning views and quiet beaches. The kitchen is probably the best stocked kitchen of any VRBO we have stayed at - brand new coffee maker, air fryer, full spice cabinet, food processor, roasting pan - even napkins and table mats! Everything was clean and well-cared for. We felt comfortable as soon as we walked in. I am already recommending it to my friends!

70th Birthday Getaway
Staued 4 nights to celebrate a 70th Birthday. House was as listed. Good location. Private. Chairs on back deck for afternoon break. House was very clean. King sized bed was comfortable. Was great having the small washer and dryer. Kitchen had everything you could want. Had 2 rainy days and the wood for the.fireplace we t fast. But we boight our own, so not a problem. Staying that many days, though, should have more wood available. The lights by the hot tub didn't work and the door on the garage was difficult to deal with. Those would be the only problems. The unsual shower/tub was awkward to get in and out of. But I'm nitpicking. We had a wonderful time and plan on going back.

Lovely Getaway
The house is in a great spot along the coast, with no view obstructions, on the walking trail, and close to the community center. There's a very private entrance to the Bluff House and enough distance between the other homes to feel secluded. I didn't use the hot tub but it looked inviting! The interior is spacious and VERY clean! Decor is dated but it didn't bother me because it was so clean. The ONE thing that did bother me though was its lack of condiments. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment but every vacation rental I've stayed in has had a rotation of condiment staples for the kitchen so that one doesn't need to haul kitchen necessities on vacation. The refrigerator was completely empty, not even ice in the ice maker. Usually, there's ketchup, mustard, soy, bottles of salad dressing that other vacationers have left, etc... I wish I had known before I went grocery shopping. If you want to cook at the house using some of the many pots and pans and bakeware, just know you'll have to bring every single ingredient you need. I did run to the store for olive oil and left it at the house (every home needs olive oil) A wonderful stay regardless!

Best views in Sea Ranch. Great kitchen appliances, pots and pans, cutlery; easy and enjoyable to cook right there and view the ocean while cooking. Our regular getaway. Bedroom vey comfortable. Good TV programming with Netflix.

Hot tub did not warm up the first day. Someone came out around 1:45pm the second day after I was told someone would be there in the morning. By the time the guy got there, whatever the issue was had worked itself out. There was a dried yellow substance on the decorative pillow case on the bed and we decided to leave a day early. Haven't really been to too many places where check-in is 4pm and checkout time is 10am. Definitely wasn't worth almost 800.00 for Sun 4pm-Tue 10am.

Small space great location and view
Great place for two. Bedroom windows do not open, so it is stuffy in the bedroom with no ventilation. Bedroom Windows are old. And stuck shut and need to be replaced. Otherwise it works fine.

Great location, hot tub and seclusion...but there were things needing attention
Right on the bluff, for picturesque everything! Great hot tub, nice spices, etc., a Cuisinart coffee pot with grinder and a Cuisinart Air Fryer! Had a couple of minor issues (I am a perfectionist). A bit dated, firewood for woodstove not cured/dried, windows in bedroom did not open, weber charcoal BBQ works but a few issues, not a super host type accommodation. Will probably choose another Sea Ranch location next time.

Lovely place to rest and relax.
The home is beautifully located with a view of the Pacific. Plenty of room for two people (downstairs bed was so comfy).The pool at the club is a great place for lap swimmers. However, the bright spot of the trip was Kathleen Bennett the general manager. She was extremely helpful with any questions/suggestions.

Peaceful and what a view!
This was a great place to stay. My wife and I had a wonderful time relaxing and looking out to the ocean. The only thing that we noticed that could have earned this fabulous place a 4 star rather than the 5 star was the bathroom. It ended up fine. But the shower/half tub was small. And even though the house could handle 4 people with the upstairs loft bedroom, I can see why they only offer it as a 2 person maximum rental. But 5 stars is warranted. All in all we loved staying there and plan on revisiting. The price was right, especially with the view, the hot tub was great to unwind after visiting the beautiful beaches nearby. Shell Beach right on the Sea Ranch property is a magnificent place. Thanks to the owners for offering their delightful home up for rental.

Ocean views in a comfortable setting.
This is a small and architecturally interesting home near the end of a cul-de-sac. Only a wide green space and narrow footpath separate you from the ocean. Paths lead in all directions, and it's a scenic stroll to the pool. Surrounded by larger homes, we saw no one and heard no sounds except the distant waves on the rocks. The kitchen and living room face the ocean, and the deck is furnished with comfortable chairs. There are two bedrooms, while guests are limited to only two, due to septic tank concerns. The spa runs 24/7 and is a treat to use anytime. Bring food for meals, you won't want to leave and miss the view!

Cons: Place has a bit of a smell that takes some getting used too. And the place was not very clean. The counter tops were not wiped down. And there was bird poo on a number of the windows. Pros. That hot tub and the views were to die for.
