The flat, furnished with great attention to detail, is centrally located and yet very quiet in the village centre. In a few minutes on foot you can reach the bakery, the butcher's shop or the Volg shop with its many regional products. If you don't want to cook yourself: a short walk away there is a pizzeria and two restaurants.

The flat, located on the 1st floor of the house, has one bedroom with a built-in double bed and one bedroom with two bunk beds. Both are equipped with a mains free switch for a better quality of sleep. The kitchen offers all the comforts you could wish for. And if you need to work even during your holidays: a workplace with LAN and WLAN connection awaits you.

The flat is not far from the park of Not Vital, the well-known artist from Sent. Those interested in culture will find events in the Rhaeto-Romanic village of Sent throughout the year, be it readings, concerts, theatre or exhibitions. In summer, Sent is the starting point for hikers and bikers for tours in the surroundings of the Swiss National Park. The valley station of the Motta Naluns ski area is easily reached in a few minutes by ski bus, which stops directly in front of the house. The "dream slope", the valley run to Sent, delivers what the name promises: a 10-kilometre run that ends at the children's ski lift (magic carpet) within walking distance of the house. For skaters, there is a natural ice rink in the village and a several-kilometre-long ice track in nearby Sur En. The valley trail along the Inn and the various high-altitude trails in the region offer a wide range of options for cross-country skiing fans. Winter hikers get their money's worth on prepared winter hiking trails. All starting points are easily accessible thanks to the excellent public transport services. Night owls can take the night bus back to Sent.
