Modern and exclusive comfort in a renovated Engadine house! The two-storey studio in the idyllic Engadine resort of Ftan is located in a typical fully renovated Engadine house. The result is an exceptional studio on two floors with plenty of space and room to enjoy the most beautiful time of the year!

The maisonette studio is located on the second floor, in the quiet village of Ftan Pitschen.

The 75m2 apartment has been remodeled with great attention to detail and tastefully furnished. The well-equipped eat-in kitchen is the heart of the apartment and invites you to cook and linger over good food and a glass of wine. A metal staircase leads to the bedroom under the roof. There is a beautiful parquet floor in the living and sleeping rooms.

The surrounding area invites you to small and large walks in unique natural and cultural landscape, which begins practically at the front door. Shopping can be done in the nearby Volg or in the bakery. The Ftan ski bus stops right next to the fountain and takes you to the chairlift in Ftan. The use of the ski bus is free of charge in winter. The cross-country ski trail is only 850 m away. The Bogn Engiadina with its unique bathing and sauna area and many other stores can be reached in 10 minutes by car.

Our concierge service is at your disposal during the whole time, we will tell you the best excursions, reserve you the ski instructor a place in the Roman-Irish bath.
