The older but functional kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, cooker and large fridge with freezer compartment. The entire flat has a light-coloured tiled floor.

The flat is on the 1st floor with a sunny balcony with a view of the Lower Engadine mountains. The surrounding area invites you to take small and large walks in a unique natural and cultural landscape, which begins practically on the doorstep. You can shop in the nearby Denner or in the bakeries and many local shops on the Stradun.

The ski bus stop is directly in front of the house, in about 10 minutes drive you can easily reach the train station and the valley station. The use of the ski bus is free of charge in winter. The cross-country ski trail is only 200 m away.
