Allegra illa Chasina Rosa - Welcome to the historic house, built in the 17th (cellar vaults) and 18th century (building) by the father of Engadin's only Federal Councillor Felix Calonder. It is centrally located and yet in total tranquillity right next to the Engadin Bad Scuol. The flat has been gently renovated with respect for the historic building structure. Enjoy the most beautiful time of the year in Scuol, a typical Engadine village, surrounded by sgrafitto decorated houses, the Swiss National Park, and a skiing and bathing offer that is second to none.
The friendly 30 m2 1.5 room flat with open kitchen offers everything for your relaxing holidays with Engadine flair. It is located on the ground floor with a covered terrace. The special highlight is the converted music cellar, which is shared by the owners, but is also available for guests. It can be rented additionally for playing music and practising.
Shopping facilities are available in the nearby Stradun at the Volg, in the bakeries and in the many local shops. The bike shop "Bikeria", where all kinds of mountain bikes can be rented, is also located in the neighbourhood.
A public car park for long-term parking is a 5-minute walk away. The ski bus stop is a 3-minute walk above the house on the Stradun, and you can easily reach the train station and the valley station in about 5 minutes. The use of the ski bus is free of charge in winter.
The Engadin Bad Scuol, with a large bathing and sauna area, the drinking hall with various mineral waters and with the Roman-Irish bath is also located right behind the house.
