The simply furnished flat offers plenty of space for the whole family. The centrepiece is the spacious kitchen, which is equipped with a large dining table that invites you to spend cosy hours. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired for conjuring up Engadine specialities together. The flat is at ground level and is therefore also suitable for people with limited mobility. In the large flat there is plenty of space for playing games together, an evening watching TV or a cosy reading session. All bedrooms are equipped with single beds that can be pushed together to form double beds or separated. The highlight of the flat is its location in the middle of the village, very close to the chairlift, only a few minutes' walk to Kinderland and directly opposite a restaurant and café.

A separate entrance leads to the authentically and functionally furnished flat. Shopping facilities, the valley station of the chairlift Ftan as well as the children's lift and the bus stop of Ftan are within walking distance.
