The approx. 40m2 flat is on the ground floor and offers the possibility of shopping in the immediate vicinity in the Center Augustin in the Volg and in the famous butcher's shop Hatecke. The flat has been newly furnished. Centrally located in the upper old village centre, the quiet studio impresses with its optimal location to the local bus and the PostBus stop, to the restaurants and with the view into the greenery. The Motta Naluns ski area and the Scuol-Tarasp railway station are just 10 minutes away by local bus. In summer, the entire Lower Engadine is ideal for beautiful hikes, whether short or long. The panoramic hike from Ftan to Scuol is very popular. The Swiss National Park is also nearby.
