The apartment is located in the eastern part of Scuol village next to the bus stop and the cross-country ski tracks. The Engadin Bad Scuol, many restaurants and shopping facilities are within walking distance.
This renovated, comfortably furnished 2.5-room apartment invites you to enjoy your vacation to the full. The large living and dining area is ideal for cozy hours. The new kitchen is equipped with an oven (combi steamer), ceramic hob, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. There are beautiful, light-colored wooden and tiled floors throughout the apartment..

The surrounding area invites you to take short and long walks and hikes in a unique natural and cultural landscape, which start practically on the doorstep. You can shop in the nearby Denner or in the bakeries and many local stores on the Stradun.
The ski bus stop is directly in front of the house, and you can easily reach the train station and the valley station in about 10 minutes. The use of the ski bus is free of charge in winter. The cross-country ski tracks are only 200 m away.

Enjoy the most beautiful time of the year in Scuol and let yourself be conquered by the unique natural and cultural landscape. Enjoy a leisurely walk through the old part of the village, relax in the baths and saunas or make one of the countless hikes in the Swiss National Park and in winter enjoy the family ski area Motta Naluns, which can be reached by ski bus in just 10 minutes.
