Perched on a bluff overlooking Lake Guntersville at ReTreet’s Sunrise Ridge, this 1,100-square-foot luxury two-bedroom cabin provides a tranquil and immersive retreat for adventurers and nature lovers alike.
Now available for pre-booking for the holidays, Big Sky Cabin will be ready to welcome its first guests on Friday, November 15th. Just in time for the holiday season, this cabin will feature a fully decorated Christmas tree, custom-themed after Yellowstone, creating a festive and rustic atmosphere.

The master suite offers a luxurious king-sized bed with spectacular lake views. The second bedroom, featuring built-in queen-sized bunk beds inspired by the rugged charm of Yellowstone, provides a cozy space for children or extra guests. Both rooms are designed to offer comfort and serenity.
One and a Half bathrooms, including a unique outdoor shower, provide the perfect opportunity to refresh while surrounded by nature. Guest Capacity & Additional Fees
Two-Bedroom Cabins: The maximum capacity is 8 guests. However, the assigned ATV seats only 6 guests at a time. Multiple trips will be required to transport everyone from the parking lot to the cabin (approximately ¼ mile up the mountain). If your group exceeds 8, there is a $25 fee per additional person, up to 8 guests.
House Rules & Property Waiver
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, cabin guests must complete the check-in process in person between 4PM and 6PM at our office on check in day. During this time, our staff will provide a mandatory safety orientation for operating your assigned Kawasaki transport vehicle. For safety reasons, access to your cabin will not be granted until this orientation is completed. If you are unable to arrive during the 4PM - 6PM check-in window, please contact us in advance to arrange an alternative check-in time and access to your unit. A $50 late check-in fee may apply if prior arrangements are not made.
All house rules are provided in an eBook sent before arrival and are also available in the guest book inside your unit.
By booking, you agree to e-sign the property waiver, which outlines all rules and safety guidelines.
Usage Guidelines:
Keys must remain in the vehicle when not in use, and it must be parked in its assigned station.
Vehicles must remain on ReTreet property and be driven only on designated paths.
Drivers must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
Maximum occupancy per vehicle must be followed (6 guests for ATVs, 2 guests for golf carts). All passengers must be seated while in motion.
Security Deposit & Responsibility
A $250 security deposit hold will be placed on your card on the day of arrival and released within 48 hours of checkout, provided no damages occur.
You are responsible for any damages and agree to cover repair costs if necessary.
Safety & Liability Agreement
By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and accept the following:
You assume full responsibility for your own negligence while using the ATV.
Unsafe behavior (speeding, reckless driving, etc.) will result in immediate forfeiture of vehicle privileges.
Use of the vehicle may result in injury or property damage. You are liable for any legal or medical claims arising from its use.
By using the golf cart or ATV, you voluntarily release ReTreet Resort, its owners, and staff from any claims of injury, property damage, or loss of life resulting from use.
