"The apartment is a very nice place to stay for a family! The city is very alive during the day with many places to visit. At night, the vibe changes and becomes louder. We were back in by 730 but could hear the noise. If we knew that the parking structure was not safe at night we would not have parked there because when we woke up Saturday morning, our window of our van was busted out. Truly bummer of our trip, we no longer felt safe and left early. Salem is a beautiful city to stay for the day...

"My sister passed from alzheimers several years ago. Two of her four grandchildren recently graduated from local high schools and we wanted to be there to represent her side of the family. We looked for a place to stay near both high schools while providing a relaxing environment for us. We found the perfect place and plan to return for another graduation next year! The owners very helpful, place darling and the tour of the alpacca farm an added treat."

"Great overall stay. Wish it had a toaster. Shower head has a leak and i think lower corner of shower enclosure has leak. Always water on floor after shower. Also sounds like bathroom fan is on all the time. Thats it"

"We loved the location, which was close to Silver Falls State Park. The hiking was spectacular. We enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of space. It could have been cleaned better but we resolved that ourselves. We enjoyed meeting the owners and Gus was quite the welcoming committee. "We booked this property for it’s proximity to the Ironman Oregon 70.3 venue. The location is less than a block from Riverfront City Park. Once we parked the car in the dedicated, secured parking spot, we hardly moved the car for the next 3 days. Many great dining places are within easy walking distance. The space had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was an unexpected issue upon check-in, but Angela worked tirelessly over the next few hours to get it resolved and communication...

"We chose this place mainly because of location as we were attending a wedding at the Deepwood Museum. It was exactly what we expected, had everything we needed and was a great location for us. The unit was very clean, spacious and exactly as described in the listing. I received prompt responses from the host when I reached out. Do not judge from the outside appearance. The complex is old and may cause someone to hesitate but the unit was inviting and comfortable."

"Property was just as described. Great space to stay if you need to stay near the Fairgrounds. Close to two good coffee shops, short walk to the 7-11. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was excellent with a nice shower. Very easy access to everything. Only criticism is I think the host should allow access to the hot tub :) Thanks!!"

"I was here only one night and didn't get to use a lot of the amenities, but the place was comfy and well-situated. Only odd quirk was some gaps in the sealing around the shower enclosure, there was no way to run the shower without forming a puddle on the floor. Other than that, A-OK."

"This is a wonderful apartment that is in the center of town, close to shopping, dining and activities. It was perfect for our purposes as we were able to walk to most of our destinations.
