"We had a lovely stay at Le Petit Paradis. The hospitality was truly excellent—Joan, Al, Yana, and Yani made us feel very welcome, and the location is perfect for accessing hot springs and nearby nature attractions. The food was delicious, and the peaceful, natural setting added so much to the experience. A couple of things to note: we encountered some issues with the water heater, which made showers a bit unpredictable at times. Also, the Wi-Fi was inconsistent during our stay. This led to an increased phone data bill since we had to rely on our service carrier more than expected. That said, the warmth of the hosts and the overall charm of the place still made it a memorable and enjoyable visit. We’d return again, especially if the technical kinks are smoothed out."

"Clean and comfortable, in a very convenient location. My room had a mini fridge and microwave, with dishes for easy eating in. Warm and friendly service, easy walking to town. Nice view of the river. I would stay at Narakiel's again!"

"This is a beautiful and quiet property. The on-site restaurant provides a delicious breakfast. It is about an hour's drive from most attractions but is much more peaceful than staying in Roseau. Like most beaches in Dominica, this one is not swimable. This property is relatively isolated, so we ate most of our dinners there as well. The food is tasty and portions are large. "

"Good Spot, great view but not within walking distance of anything touristy"

"Of the places I stayed in the Carribean, this was one of the most interesting and fun. It was an ecotourism type stay in a mountainous forest with tremendous views. The bedrooms had large doors that allowed it to be open to the front deck area to enjoy views and nature while sleeping. The guest house units seem to be separate and private. I found the natural environment of plants, birds etc surrounding the area to be beautiful. Surprisingly, it was not buggy, nor were there any pests etc to worry about. The outside deck kitchen area is outside and covered by the roof. It rained frequently the night I was there and everything was dry. There is a casual lounge area next to another building. I only stayed one night but it would have been great to stay two."

"The address was not correct, it leads us to the hospital, I had to ask for directions. When the men arrived at the bottom of the stairs, they were sitting and never responded to the "hello", maybe because of my complexion, whatever, I didn't try to say hello again after that. The maids was nice and polite. "

"We stayed at the Banyan cottage and it was lovely. Up on a hill, very private. It had screens so no need to worry about bugs. The cooking area was nicely done so that you could cook breakfast easily. The property is gorgeous and you really feel like you're in the middle of the rainforest by yourself. Very relaxing. We ate in the restaurant on site (you need to let them know you're coming) and the meals were fantastic. The owner is great and wants to be sure everything is acceptable. A great stay, would definitely stay again."
