"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Wi-fi was down but the front desk staff notified us before checking in and allowed us to cancel if we wanted. We stayed. Room was clean and cool. The shower had a bit of a slow drain and you had to access the front door to enter because the side doors near the rooms were not reading the key cards. Minimal inconvenience. Overall, I'd definitely stay there again."

"It was comfortable. Slim at the front desk was very inviting. Struck up a conversion and filled me on the weather. Give Slim a raise. I was traveling from rogers Arkansas back to florida so i dont know him. I felt like i did when i left the front desk. Great checking experience. "

"Everything about my stay was so easy! Sharonda at the front desk was peak customer service and made me feel so welcomed and taken care of. Everything about the hotel was so clean and so nice and very comfortable! Also love that it’s literally next to flying fish! 10/10 would stay again and again"

"Perfect property! Super clean, friendly staff, great breakfast, roomy 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms, large living area & big kitchen. More than I could have asked for! And the price was outstanding! Came for my aunt’s funeral. The 2 bedrooms worked great for us, since I hadn’t seen my male cousin in 10 years. "The hotel is beginning to show its age. The elevators didn’t all work all of the time, there was water damage around exterior windows, things are peeling on the walls, etc. The receptionist, while admitting it was her first day, checked us in but didn’t actually give us our keys nor tell us which room we were in. "Good overall staff and property condition.....HOWEVER...while properly prepared, management must have ordered the absolute cheapest mixes for breakfast...I have eaten at many dozens of this type of breakfast...this one absolutely tasted amoung the worst...including coffee."

"The service when we got there was excellent. The lady at the front desk was friendly and very efficient. The room was clean. One of the beds looked a little bit lumpy, but didn't feel that way at all. It was actually very comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The parking lot is well lit. It's in a good location. I am not familiar with Conway, so was a little concerned that I picked a bad spot. But was very pleased with the hotel. I will definitely stay here again. "
