"Traditional and grand hotel in superb location in the historic centre. Excellent service in all areas. Facilities/room not new but all fine. Pool area is in the basement but is a nice relaxing space under the old arches."

"First day dinner was great, on the second day not. We were waiting around 80 minutes our dinner to start, quality was not good at all vs the first day. The rest is ok. "

"We had a wonderful time staying at Maria Rosa’s as a family of 6 with 4 kids 11 & younger. It was a great price & had everything we needed for a week long stay. It was a nice place to use as a home base for exploring the area of Umbria (Don’t miss Assisi! It is amazing!) There was a well loved pool table & foosball table that our kids greatly enjoyed. We were able to cook with all the pots & pans we needed & the water was hot for showers. Keep in mind you definitely need a car & this is a well...

"Very clean and updated property. The staff were very professional and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing with a great selection of fresh fruit, pastries, and eggs. The dining area is literally an art museum. The shower was incredible. Everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again."

"Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette très jolie demeure isolée ,assez atypique , parfaite pour une famille nombreuse ,où entre amis . Les deux espaces de vie sont appréciés, notamment par les enfants , adolescent et jeunes adultes qui ont ainsi pu trouver leur indépendance. La piscine est très agréable les jours de forte chaleur . "Villa Eleanora is in quite a lovely location convenient to many sites in Umbria. The facilities were very well taken care of and clean. The outdoor terrace and pool areas were really lovely. The inside could use a little updating especially the kitchen area. Also more lighting would help. All in all quite a nice experience. "
