Especially Miss.Kiss on reception, who is extremely professional and helpful. "We had a very comfortable stay. Our room was clean, spacious, and quiet – just what we needed after a long trip. However, there was one issue that prevented us from giving a perfect score: the lights in the Therme remained on all night, which made it difficult to achieve total darkness. Perhaps dimming the lights could be considered – also for environmental reasons. On a more positive note, the breakfast was absolutely fantastic! The selection was varied and delicious, with plenty of options to suit all tastes. "
