"The staff at the Novotel went above and beyond when our booking at another hotel went wrong. There were no rooms available for our first night so they kindly let us bed down in the lounge for the night and use the facilities. We booked in straight away for the second night. We had a fantastic nights sleep after our not so perfect first night. We were then able to leave our bags until the early hours of the next day, as we were going to a concert and then going to the airport. It is in a great location too, just next to a very reliable train and metro station. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Vienna. "

"This is a great hotel close to all transport methods into the centre. It is also walkable if you want to see all the main attractions on the way to the centre. The staff were friendly and polite. We were able to checkin early as our room was ready. On our check out day we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel while we went sightseeing again."

"Very kindly given a higher floor as requested before we arrived. The room was very spacious and cleaned daily. There is a streetcar about a 5 minute walk from the hotel and the trains station is very handy. Plenty of convenience stores nearby so we were never stuck for food/drink. 20 minute walk to the city centre which I loved, but plenty of transport options available. "
