Description
Welcome to our finished 30 m² workers apartment in Schwandorf (district Richt). You will have one bedroom with a double bed and a separate bed. The apartment is good for up to three people.
Please look at our attached floor plan to see the exact layout.
There is a kitchen filled with everything you need, including all electrical appliances like a fridge, coffee maker and basic equipment for cooking (pots, pans, kitchen appliances and cutlery).
The bathroom will have a toilet, a bathroom sink and a bathtub.
You will have a smart TV.
There is Wifi throughout the property.
In the main house you could use the washing machine of the caretaker.
All the sidecosts, WiFi, bedding and towels are included in the price.
