" paid £410 for a 2 night stay. Upon check in I was presented with a list of rules (empty bins, strip beds on departure amongst others) and asked for a €400 deposit for any potential breakages of which couldn’t be processed due to restrictive refund policies. The attitude and lack of help and welcome from staff was the worst I’ve ever experienced. No attempt to understand or put things right. The propertiy was amazing just like the pictures. "Bed was really poor. Otherwise all was great."

"Great location near Rotterdam Central station. Check in was efficient, given a detailed help list for our stay. Room was clean & tidy and provided many facilities except a microwave. Advised that no cleaning would be done, however extra towels, waste bin bags are available if asked for. The room was extremely quiet even though there was demolition of an office block next door to Premier Suites. Gym area was acceptable. Wi-fi good. "

"This is the second time I've stayed at this property, and i enjoyed the stay just as much as the first stay. The staff were all so friendly, and nothing was too much trouble for them. I visited Rotterdam for the ASOT weekend festival. The hotel is less than a ten minute walk from Centraal Station, and within mins of great bars and shops. I'll be visiting again in 2026, and will definitely be booking a stay at the Bilderberg Park. "
