"Property is located in such a great area but away from the noise. You will be in the middle of the main area of interest in Brussels. The house is quite charming a little unorthodox but very efficient. The host was very responsive and quick to get back when contacted. I highly recommended the property rental! "

"This was a One of a kind property, very clean and comfortable. With exquisite decor and plenty of space for a family or group of friends. Both the hot tub and sauna were thoroughly enjoyed. Paul was pleasant and accommodating and you could not ask for a nicer host! The trumpet house is a must see cozy home away from home."

"The owner entered the room without permission and without a shirt - his usual attire- and began yelling because we turned on the heat in the kitchen (a wood stove) in order to have heat in the top floor room. "It's a budget property, in a less than popular area, close the the midi station and a short walk to everything in the city centre. The out of hours arrangement was perfectly ok, though getting through the front door was challenging. All the icons were rubbed out, so makes it difficult to press the right keys, but they've promised to replace the key pad. Sadly the WiFi was none existent, pretty poor when all cafés and centres have copious WiFi in this developed city!! But sadly not at Smartflats...

"Love are stay at this apartment. We were very well welcome and had easy access to their private secure parking lot just under the building for 20 euros. It is close to everything. Lots of restaurant around the hotel even offers free coffee 24/7. Apartment was well equipped with all the amenities . The only thing I can add is it’s starting to show its age a bit, but not a big deal for us."
