"I was offered a warm/tasty cookie at check in, and at that point they’d won me over. As someone that does not drink alcohol and most hotels only offer cocktails and champagne at check in so I found this delightful. The rooms were great, more spacious than you normally get in Amsterdam. Customer service was on point and not to mention location which was superb. "Hotel was clean, staff were lovely and the facilities were as to be expected Good location to catch the number 2 tram into the city Neighbourhood isn’t the best, and if a fire truck leaves the station on the corner it is a little loud! Only slight improvement I would suggest is that, even though a coffee machine in the room is nice, more than 1 pod in a room for 2 for 2 nights would be helpful, and perhaps don’t charge for the pods at reception?"
