"We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Reception staff were incredibly friendly, helpful & efficient. Our room was cosy and perfect for our two night stay. Location was spot on for walking to everything. We didn't eat at the hotel but had drinks in the 8th floor bar, fab views, great selection of drinks & again very lovely staff. Highly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is great, the rooms are unique with the large round window, and a superb shower. Beds are comfortable too. A tip for everyone! There is a small ventilation window, hidden behind the curtain. Breakfast was ok, but really geared towards vegetarians. Transport links are great , main station only 150 mts away. Great view from the rooftop terrace. The staff in the hotel are exceptional, friendly, and very helpful. Highly reccomended"

"There were no staff to speak off that we saw, other than the restaurant and they were great. Though this was not a problem. It was super easy to get to our room. There was not much in the area but again this was not an issue for us because the metro was a short walk. The hotel room was clean and spacious - I traveled with my two teenage daughters and they really enjoyed the bunk bed. They also loved the Nutella pizza in the restaurant! Will stay here again."

"We were massively surprised at how lovely this property was. Staff were super friendly, the dining area we didn’t use but they have free coffee all day so used it for that which was a super treat bring coffee lovers. Room was massively spacious, clean we actually loved it. Just down the road from the tram into the city centre which we navigated without any issues. "As other people have stated the carpet did have stains on and it wasn’t overly modern, however the room and bathroom were very clean. The sheets were pristine with comfy beds. Location was perfect. "Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir waren 11 Personen und zwei Hunde. Empfang war sehr freundlich und auch der Abschied ging Reibungslos und sehr großzügig von statten. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und ländlich. Ideal zum Wandern, ausruhen und Rad fahren. Aber mit dem Auto kann man gut sehenswertes erreichen. Die Unterkunft hat sehr viel Charm und man sieht die Liebe zum Objekt in vielen Details."

"Übergabe der Wohnung war eine Farce und hat Stunden gedauert, bis wir endlich rein konnten. Küche der Wohnung war komplett leer (von wenigen Tellern und Tassen abgesehen). Kein brauchbares warmes Wasser. Keine wirklich funktionierende Toilette. Die Bilder sind wohl so entstanden, dass das einzige Sofa immer wieder in andere Räume geschoben wurde und mit fotografiert wurde. Andere sichtbare Möbel waren nicht mehr vorhanden. D. h. Die Ausstattung war mehr als spartanisch. Alles in allem furchtbar."
