Holiday Home 'Elsa' with Private Pool, Private Terrace and Private Garden

Our cozy vacation home is located in the middle of the Pretzien recreation area, surrounded by many lakes.
It has a living space of 60 square meters and consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, as well as an open living and dining area.
One bedroom has a double bed 160x200, in the second bedroom there is a bunk bed for the guests. Up to 5 people can stay in the vacation home.
You can cook delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen.
The special feature of this vacation home is the private outdoor area with garden, covered terrace, pool and barbecue. The spacious terrace is ideal for sunbathing and
and cozy get-togethers.
The fenced property has two parking spaces.
Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation.
The vacation home is located on the Elbe cycle path and is a great starting point for many cycling activities.
There are several quarry lakes within a few minutes' walk. You can go swimming, stand-up paddling and diving there.
Magdeburg, the capital of Saxony-Anhalt, can be reached in 20 minutes.
There is a small store in the village of Pretzien that stocks all the everyday necessities. Supermarkets can be found in Gommern and Schönebeck.

Keurig gerenoveerd, schoon en comfortabel verblijf
Pros: Heerlijk zwemmen en supen (materiaal aanwezig bij het verblijf) op loopafstand van het verblijf. Het meer is alleen toegankelijk met een sleutel die je bij het inchecken krijgt. In de zomer verblijf je voornamelijk buiten op het comfortabele terras vlak naast het zwembad. Een leuke plek om even echt tot rust te komen. Cons: Misschien niet het meest ideale verblijf voor een jonge tiener, wanneer je van plan bent meerdere weken te verblijven.

Super neues Haus und Modern und Stilvoll eingerichtet !
Pros: Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Dazu war alles super sauber, sogar die Decken auf Terrasse waren frisch gewaschen. Allgemein eine super Anlage. Sehr zu empfehlen 👍🏻 Cons: Leider kein W -LAN in der Gegend möglich , da sich das Objekt mitten im Wald befindet.
