The kitchen was impressively stocked with every appliance and tool we could possibly need, making it easy to settle in and enjoy every moment. What made our experience even more special was our wonderful host, Imma. She was warm, gracious, and genuinely caring, going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. We miss her. We only wish we didn’t have to leave. It was everything we hoped for and more."

"Highly recommend to anyone interested in experiencing genuine Bavarian gemütlichkeit in a convenient location near Munich. The rooms were very clean, quiet and comfortable with modern bath fixtures. The food we ate in the gasthaus was fantastic, and if you're lucky enough to eat there on a Sunday you'll love the delicious desserts that are available, to include my favorite German kuchen, bienenstich. The Munchener schnitzel is worth a trip back by itself! The staff at this family-run gasthaus is very friendly, attentive, and are fluent in English for those of us that only speak a smattering of Deutsch. My wife, as well as the other couple we were traveling with, had no previous experience staying in a German gasthaus. We enjoyed our stay so much that we wanted to extend our stay, however, there was no availability of rooms. Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Landhotel and Gasthaus Wiedmann!"
