"The staff were professional and courteous and very engaging and helpful. I can't speak more highly of them. The location of the hotel is very central to the towns facilities and restaurants. A special mention for excellent service goes to Tanya in reception and Ioannis from the wait staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The Manager of Catering, Nadem also assisted my family group in organising a Christmas dinner at th he Hotel with great courtesy and professionalism. I can't recommend this Hotel...

"Absolutely amazing , stunning location, hotel was so beautiful, photos don’t do it justice ! Breakfast was lovely , all that was missing was some extra pillows and tea making facilities in the room, had a nespresso machine in the room which was amazing for me but my husband only drinks tea. Can’t wait to go back! "

"Just returned from a fabulous 5 days here for an adults ski trip. 25 min taxi ride from Innsbruck airport which is really handy and only €60 fare. Great hotel and spotlessly clean. Superb pool and spa facilities, with swim out linked outside heated pool which is great for a soak after a hard day on the slopes. Room was spacious and very quiet, maid lovely. "We stayed early in the season (Dec), so the hotel was not operating with every possible amenity. Still, for a family holiday, it just barely sufficed, given the price. Pros: spacious room, nice balcony, good location to Rosshutte ski bus. Well heated. Cons: limited access to kettle, microwave, fridge. Games area for kids wete only at a charge of €2 for any item. TV service limited. Some parts of the hotel were well-used. A bit of a walk to town centre, although still relatively central....
