"Die Gegend ist super alles schnell erreichbar Zu bemängeln ist im Bad die Dusche sehr eng und zur Toilette der Abstand gering Für alle die einen tv brauchen nicht zu empfehlen es ist wirklich keiner da Wir haben verfrüht den Aufenthalt abgebrochen da das Bett und als Ausweichmöglichkeit auch die Couch sehr unbequem waren und mir solche Schmerzen verursachten ! Gastgeber sehr freundlich aber nicht all zu gesprächig ist ja auch kein Muss Es fehlten uns noch Anweisungen zur Müllentsorgung...

"Das Häuschen lag für uns optimal! Der Deich vor der Tür, 10 min zum Strand. Schade nur, dass Hunde nicht erlaubt waren, obwohl die Saison zu Ende war und kaum ein Mensch am Strand war. In Mönkebude selbst war die Verpflegung für uns nicht optimal. Aber Ückermünde ist einen Katzensprung entfernt, dort hat man sehr gute Restaurants! Im Haus des Gastes bzw Information haben wir unseren Schlüssel sowie Parkkarte und Information zum Ort und Umgebung erhalten. Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Ort Mönkebude ist sehr klein und überschaubar was nicht schlecht ist, für Ausflüge benötigt man dennoch ein Auto. Die Lage war schön ruhig und dennoch ist ein Supermarkt fußläufig erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und alles lief unkompliziert ab. Der obere Bereich bietet ausreichend Platz für bis zu 6 Personen (Schlafmöglichkeiten). Unten ist der Platz ebenso ausreichend, die Küche ist gut bestückt mit allem was man braucht.Der Doppelhängeschrank ist nicht mehr so belastbar(Risse im Boden). Beware of Hidden Fees
"Beware of Hidden Fees. We got hit with a €110 extra bill when leaving, with no communication of these fees beforehand. The check-in staff was nice but the person at checkout was very rude and argumentative. Stating that it was our fault for not knowing that there were extra fees for the sauna even though it is not stated anywhere at the hotel, on their website, on hotels.com or in any email communication and they failed to tell us this when we asked multiple times (!) about using the sauna. In addition they sent an email stating a $25.60 nightly charge for an extra person. But then they proceeded to charge us €30 per night which is a much higher rate, without informing us at all when we checked in. Overall it’s a shame because the place is nice and it made the stay unpleasant. We’ve travelled in this region a lot and have never had issues before this. The staff needs more training and they need to be more transparent around pricing which would make it much nicer."
