Your apartment of 70 M2 overlooks the Caribbean Sea and thanks to the large terrace you can eat outside and enjoy the sound of the waves and the beauty of the landscape. The terrace is equipped with a sofa "lounge" space and a dining table with 4 chairs.
A large and beautiful swimming pool is at your disposal as well as an access to the Caribbean Sea (5mn on foot).

The terrace offers a breathtaking view from the living room and the master bedroom. It is the main asset of the apartment "Grand Bleu", a quiet refuge, surrounded by vegetation, in a quiet residence and ideally located in Schoelcher, close to all amenities (3 shopping centers, a nautical club, Congress with 10 cinemas, 5 minutes from FORT de FRANCE by car or you will find a shuttle service to the Pointe du Bout TROIS ILETS).

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and has Wi - Fi access.
The master bedroom is equipped with a 160 cm bed, a desk, two wardrobes, air conditioning and a TV with Canal Sat.
The secondary bedroom has a 140 cm bed, a walk-in wardrobe and a ceiling fan.
Due to the terrace railing and the chosen decoration of the apartment, children will be welcome from the age of 8 years.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge / freezer, an oven and gas hob and a microwave. There is also a Senseo coffee maker and a toaster.
In the bathroom, newly remodeled, you will find an Italian shower, a double sink vanity and a washing machine.
The linen is provided, do not overwhelm towels or sheets!

Everything is gathered here for you to spend a dream vacation in a privileged setting. The residence is secured by a digicode gate (remote control provided) and a large parking lot as well as a large swimming pool and within walking distance, you have access to the beach and the shops of Schoelcher.

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen! Unfortunately I have no other choice to write this honest review and hope I can help other clients to make the right choice! The problem with this apartment is that the eviroment and equipment is not worth the price. The pool does not really look inviting and the whole building is old. There was no picture of the old/dirty/dark entrance and the bad condition of the pool. The towlels were old and dirty. The bedsheets were dirty. The matress was so hard, that we used the second one from the other room on top. There were bugs and cobweb hanging over the bed. The aircondition in the second room looked terrible, and the whole room smelled like old smoke of cigarettes. You could not close the upper windows in the livingroom. All in all, the fotos in the internet did not present the real condition of this appartment. We have stayed on week before in a new villa with an infinitypool and 3 beedrooms for the same price, thats why we know its not worth the money. Sorry I can not post any fotos in this review! I explained these problems to the renter but after few emails and after I showed the fotos I did not get an answer anymore. Is this the way how they treat clients? Regards, Philipp B.

Tolles App. in ausgezeichneter Lage
Sehr schöner Meerblick mit traumhaften Sonnenauf- und untergangängen. Zur Hauptstadt FDF ca. 10 Min mit Auto oder Bus. Direkter Strandzugang zu schöner kleiner Schnorchelbucht. Das großzügige Appartment ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet mit tollem Balkon direkt zum Meer. Einzig die Klimaanlage des Hauptschlafzimmers müsste überholt werden. Die in die Jahre gekommene Anlage "Aquamarine" muss man einfach ignorieren, hat was von "Indiana Jones".

Appartement très agréable avec vue imprenable sur la mer des Caraïbes. Nécessité absolue d avoir un véhicule. Pour atteindre l excellence il serait bon : De laisser le mode d emploi des appareils D avoir une base de produits alimentaires (pas de magasins à proximité) et prévoir le 1er petit dejeuner. Vacances exceptionnelles qui donnent envie de revenir.

Wunderschönes Appartment mit tollem Blick aufs Meer
Dies war ein wunderbarer Urlaub in einem wirklich tollen Appartment. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet - überall liebevolle Details. Der Blick aufs Meer morgens beim Kaffee ist unschlagbar. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder bei Isabelle und Stéphane buchen.
