Kasern 5 km from Schmirn: Very beautiful, rustic working farm "Mucherhof". In the district of Kasern 3 km from the centre of Schmirn, in a quiet, sunny position, 12 km from the skiing area. Private: lawn for sunbathing. Table tennis, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (swing, sandbox). In the house: sauna, relaxation room, central heating system. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking. Grocery 3 km, restaurant 100 m, bus stop "Bahnhof St Jodok" 1.2 km, railway station "Bahnhof St Jodok" 1.2 km, outdoor swimming pool 12 km. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km, sled run 2 km, cross country ski track 30 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Bergeralm 12 km. Please note: car recommended. The restaurant is only open during the summer months, from May to October. The next hotel is 2 km away (in winter).
6-room house 200 m2 on 2 levels. Tasteful and wooden furniture furnishings: entrance hall. Living room with dining table and tiled stove. 1 room with 2 beds. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower, shower/WC, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with hand-basin. 3 double bedrooms, each room with 1 sofabed and hand-basin. Shower/WC, double hand-basin. The living room is a farmhouse lounge. Balcony. Very beautiful panoramic view. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: non-smoking house. 5€/Garbage bag, payable locally! WARNING: no bed linen on the spot! Wood on site is charged 40 € / week on average.

Zalige rust in een prachtige omgeving
zeer mooi vakantiehuis gelegen in het prachtige Schmirntal. Weg van alle drukte. Geen internet, geen tv, laat je het leven en samenleven zelf herontdekken. 's Avonds, gezellig bij elkaar in de Wohnstube. Tijdens de dag in confrontatie met jezelf op weg naar de top van een van de vele bergwandelingen.

Będąc tam masz wrażenie że jesteś na końcu świata. Wokół piękne, potężne góry, ty i natura. Dom nas trochę zaskoczył, prawdziwa izba z piecem kaflowym, wszedzie drewno,szafy z 1780 roku. Świetnie wyposażona kuchnia, duża spiżarnia, sauna, na piętrze pokoje bardziej nowoczesne ale wszystko w klimacie. W domu jest 5 sypialni oraz izba w której także można spać. Dom bardzo czysty, łóżka wygodne.Fajny wyciąg Bergeralm ok 15 km. Bardzo będę za tym miejscem tęsknić. Przesympatyczny właściciel XXX, gaduła, który opowiedział nam historie domu.

Un luogo incantato.....
Luogo meraviglioso,fuori dal tempo,contornato da odori,suoni e silenzi tipici della montagna e che rigenerano il corpo e lo spirito.... Posto ideale per più famiglie di amici con bambini....i miei figli sono stati benissimo e si sono divertiti dimenticando i giochi elettronici e telefoni vari.... La casa molto accogliente e tutto funzionante. Il proprietario ci ha accolto con gentilezza e regalandoci miele ed un dolce fatto dalla Moglie. Torneremo!!!!
