"We loved our stay in this charming modern property. The list of positives; room had AC as it was hot during our stay. Appreciated the daily small bottles of complimentary water! Shopping in delicious dinning were walking distance as well as the Sancucci park and castles. Public transportation was at the corner. The room was non smoking. The bed was comfortable. Daily breakfast was optional we chose to eat at the local restaurants. Desk staff was always so helpful a cordial. Shower water purified. Credit option at the bar or restaurant for not changing the linens everyday. Small inconvenience -The restaurant and bar did not stay open late. Thank you for a comfortable and memorable stay! "

"I was so impressed with how beautifully equipped the kitchen was, complete with dishwasher, refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, electric kettle and every kind of dish, pot and pan, or utensil one could want. The bathroom was extremely large and modern, and the rest of the room was nicely furnished and comfortable for sleeping, dining, or sitting around. A safe is provided and there's plenty of storage, hangers, etc. Free tea and coffee and always available in the lobby. The location is also great. There's the Charlottenhof train station just steps away, it's an easy walk to Sansoucci and the other palaces, and shopping is also close by. Even the main train station is a walkable distance away. In the 3 days we were there, no one came to clean the room, but I prefer it that way. I assume if we had needed fresh towels or sheets for a longer stay that we could have asked for them. It's almost like living in an apartment, though, and I liked that! I'd definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it. "

"I really enjoyed my 3-night stay at this simple, well-located inn. It's an easy walk to the Dutch quarter with tons of cafes and shops, and is half a block from the tram that goes to the Hbf station for a trip into Berlin. I rented a well-maintained one-speed bike from the hotel, which turned out to be a great way to get around the massive palace grounds--it was so fortunate I could pedal between sites instead of walking for miles. My room itself was up multiple flights of a steep twisting staircase. No elevator. I had a backpack so it was ok but ask for ground floor if you have a rolling suitcase. Everything was very clean except the comforter had hairs on it, but the clerk promptly replaced it. Free coffee in the morning for opting out of daily maid service. Clerks spoke excellent English and were friendly and knowledgeable about sites in the area. Thanks, ladies."
