"Wir waren bei unserer Ankunft erschrocken über den Zustand des Objektes! Es ist nicht - wie beschrieben - renoviert und saniert, sondern sanierungsbedürftig. Es war in einem Zustand, dass wir erstmal eine Stunde geputzt und jedes Geschirr, das wir nutzen wollten, gespült haben. "Ondanks dat het appartement er goed uitzag, was de omgeving rommelig. Op de foto op de site ziet het er veel verzorgder uit. De plakrollen voor vliegen die her en der hangen, vinden we niet zo fris. Er zijn gelukkig ook elekrrische blauwe lampen die de aanwezige insecten doden. Maar toch, in de slaapkamer beneden ruik je enigszins de stal eronder. Geen raam dus luchten moeilijk. "Fantastic house enjoyed by our family of 10 (3 generations) and our dog. The holiday wasn’t spoilt by the poor weather because the house was great. Lots of space - pool, sauna and games room meant everyone was entertained. Prüm is a nice quiet place and we managed to also catch a brilliant concert which was part of the Prümer Sommer! We also easily drove to Luxembourg for the day. Fab holiday!"

"Overall, an excellent experience. The La Sapiniere had a real apartment feel to it and I could easily see my family and I staying here again.
