"Spent 3 nights at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect for getting around and is walkable to everywhere! On arrival the welcome drinks were great addition along with the guest cards that provide free transport and chocolate on departure!! Super friendly and helpful staff. We had a double room, 405. "We were so impressed with the staff's helpfulness, friendliness and accommodating attitude - we actually wished we had booked a longer stay. Then there is the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel that was outstanding, plus the loads of amenities we didn't even get to sample due to our enjoying the slopes in Garmish so much. A special mention for excellent service goes to Tanya in reception and Ioannis from the wait staff. Nothing was too much trouble. "We had a fantastic stay here, service 1st class all round, food excellent (we were half board), free afternoon cakes were absolutely delicious, sauna suite brilliant. Our waiter Hr Ferenc was amazing. Maybe issue guest card on arrival without having to ask for it would be good. The free local buses and train were excellent for getting to and from our walks which were thoroughly enjoyable. All in all a wonderful weeks break, thank you. "
