"The Hotel is relatively difficult to access using public transport - the nearest bus stop is "Freiheitsweg", some 15 mins walk from the Hotel. That aside, and now knowing how best to access the hotel using PT, I would highly recommend the facility, given its excellent credentials for which I have given an appropriate rating."

The location is lovely and great for a restful break. We stopped off for a day off on a trip around Germany as we knew it would be hot. "Tim’s cabin is modern, clean, and well equipped. I stayed 7 nights while participating in a rowing regatta at Brandenburg an der Havel. As I was not at the cabin during the day, I did not take advantage of the lake access or the small boat that was available. "

Peaceful, quiet location

"Really nice property, well kept and clean throughout. Location is really peaceful, quite some way from any towns or villages. Good communications from hosts and easy to access on arrival. The log burner was a lovely touch too. It's not clear on the listing that the property is upstairs - not a problem for us but would be for anyone with mobility issues. There's no wifi (making it great for a get away from it all stay!) and no microwave. A guide to the location would have been useful, to show where the wood store/bike shed was (we found it OK though) and how the heating worked."
