Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 55 m² flat in Schiltigheim which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a bathroom. Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises :
- A 30 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed...
- A new fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, sink with water filter...
- One bedroom with king-size bed (180×200)
- Bathroom with shower and bath
- A separate WC

Additional equipment: washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 9 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Schiltigheim, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- Located in Schiltigheim, a 15-minute walk from the Cathedral and Strasbourg.
- Visit the European Parliament and the Council of Europe
- La Wantzenau swimming pool, part of which is open-air and heated even in winter
- The Christmas market is a 30-minute walk away.

- By car : you can park directly in the flat's private car park in the courtyard of the residence.
- Nearest train station: Strasbourg station 2 km away (about 9 minutes by car)

Casa Aquarella "Très bel appartement, bien situé mais aucun contact possible avec la proprio C'est un bel appartement, très bien situé dans une belle résidence. Le premier petit souci est que la photo du parking assigné à l'appartement n'est pas clair et nous avons eu des désagrément avec une voisine. Il faut clarifier la place (5ième de la gauche). Puis nous avons essayé de contacter la proprio par téléphone, sms et email sans aucune réponse! En cas d'urgence nous ne savons pas qui contacter?? Ce point doit être amélioré rapidement."

Casa Aquarella "Die Wohnung war in Ordnung. Wer aber Stauballergie hat, soll daran denken dass ziemlich Staubig in der Wohnung ist. Es riecht auch intensiv nach Staub. Wer empfidich auf die Sauberkeit reagiert, soll es besser doch überlegen. Einfahrt nicht so einfach zu erreichen, vor allem wenn mann ein Tiefergelegtes Auto fährt. Allgemein voll ok, wenn mann da nur schlafen, frühstücken und kurz duschen möchte."

Casa Aquarella Nous tenons à remercier la propriétaire pour son accueil dans ce bel appartement d'artiste qui est très bien éclairé, agencé et très fonctionnel . Nous y sommes restés plus d'un mois et nous n'avons rien à y redire, nous étions comme à la maison ! L'appartement était très propre et agréable surtout avec la petite terrasse sympa pour le petit déjeuner ou apéro. L'immeuble est très propre et sécurisé (accès ascenseur avec clé) ce qui nous a vraiment rassurés. Le petit plus est la place de parking à disposition. Je recommande très vivement car en plus il y a plusieurs commerces à proximité. Vraiment n'hésitez pas, et le prix est très intéressant contrairement à d'autres appartements que nous avions vu plus petits et plus chers ! Encore merci ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et nous partageons l'adresse à nos amis !

Casa Aquarella Très bel appartement situé suffisamment près du centre de Strasbourg pour profiter de ce dernier et suffisamment loin pour en éviter les nuisances sonores. Mon séjour à été très agréable et l'hôte très réactive. L'accès à l'autoroute est très aisé et l'appartement bien équipé. Je conseille vivement.
