"Well equipped apartment on the top floor of a hotel, where the staff had differing views to the owner as to the facilities that were available as a non-guest. Lounge area was compact, shower was over the bath with restricted shower-head adjustment. Comfortable bed, we appreciated the air-con in the bedroom. Ideally located in the centre of Mondsee and within earshot of the Basilica’s bells! Good value for money when compared to the equivalent hotel room."

The room itself very big, clean and comfortable, with a breath-taking view of the lake. The hosts very nice and helpful people, every time trying to help with points of interest from the region. "Unser Aufenthalt auf dem Biobauernhof der Familie Mayrhofer war aufgrund der ruhigen, abgeschiedenen Lage und der netten Einrichtung der Ferienwohnung sehr angenehm. Die herzliche und persönliche Familienatmosphäre haben wir sehr genossen. Nebenbei konnten wir noch hautnah die Herstellung der Heumilch erleben. Ein perfekter Urlaub, vor allem auch für Familien mit Kinder. "

"Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub am Irrsee! Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und bietet alles was man benötigt. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist ein Traum. Man sollte wissen das sie ganz oben im Haus liegt und man einige Treppen zu nehmen hat. Wir hatten ein EBike dabei, aber auch hier hilft der Vermieter Lösungen zum Unterbringen und Laden zu finden. Vielen Dank für den klasse Aufenthalt!"

"Die Lage der "Residenz" wird nicht korrekt angegeben. Zwischen Strasse und Bahnlinie hat man morgens ab 5:30 mit starkem Berufsverkehr zu tun und hinter dem Haus verläuft sehr nah eine Bahnlinie, auf der durchschnittlich alle ½ Stunde ein Nahverkehrszug fährt. Beides ist trotz Lärmschutzfenster deutlich zu hören und kann einem schon den Schlaf rauben. Die Inneneinrichtung ist stark ausbaufähig und bei einer Belegung mit 6 Personen müsse 2 auf Feldbetten schlafen, was nicht sehr bequem ist. Auch...
