"Het was jammer dat ik de enige bezoeker was en het totaal niet duidelijk was of er nog iemand van het hotel zelf aanwezig was, dat gaf een beetje ongemakkelijk gevoel. Ook om alleen in een sauna te gaan voelde niet goed. Bij het inchecken lag er een vriendelijke brief (alleen in het Duits) met de sleutels, de eigenaar heb ik pas bij uitchecken gezien.
