"Beautiful property with wonderful HostsErwin and Kim. The cottage was perfect with scenic views of wildlife and the countryside. We rented one of the electric boats for a day of canal exploring and a ride to town. Road the E-bikes around the countryside and to town. ALL their restaurant recommendations were excellent. Definitely would recommend this property for a quiet weekend or for families with children."

Excellent, low hassle communication throughout. Spacious bathroom and comfortable bedrooms. Walks / cycle rides from the door and charming location on the water. "Lake House 74 exceeded our expectations! We were a group of 6 - 2 couples with our adult children. The location of the house was perfect - just outside of Leiden, situated along a canal. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Stephan was easy to contact, very responsive to all of our requests, and made us feel at home. He also had great suggestions for local activities. Be sure to rent a boat and drive through the canals to get to the center of Leiden. I would stay here again...

"The room is eclectic. Lighting fixtures hanging from the ceiling remains from a coop store. A bathroom that is separated from the room by a brick wall. Very practical for a single traveler as myself. The community kitchen was nice and coffee great. I throughly enjoyed my visit and will return someday."
